Pierce 1325 is located Ft. Myer Heights neighborhood in Rosslyn area. Ft. Myer Heights area of Rosslyn, is neighborhood with older four to three story apartments and ripe for redevelopment. It is also a neighborhood that connects the major roads, Route 50, Rt. 110, and I-395 -- and metro stops (see map).

When you heard about Rosslyn -- many times we associated the area with high-rise office buildings. But, in addition to commercial buildings, the area also offers an interesting mix of type of residentials. Some high rise contemporary condominium buildings, like the Atrium, townhouses here and there, some older buildings from the 40's.. like the ones found in Ft. Myer Heights neighborhood. Pierce condominium has just recently completed the construction. From what I've seen around the area, it will be the first development for this neighborhood. (note: will talk more about other developments slated for this part of Rosslyn in another post).
