A while back, I posted from the field about the new townhome and condominium community at Cameron Station. At that time, Urban Trekker hadn't had the chance to preview them until today. Here is a follow-up to that post.

"CLASSIC meets COOL,"..that's the theme of this newest (pre-construction) community planned for Cameron Station. The new community of 148 condominium planned to co-exists with Cameron (existing) neighborhood. As a tribute to American architectural styles of the 18th and 19th centuries, its architectural style will echo the classic styling of Old Town.

There is also underground parking plus elevator. Each unit will come with 2 garage spaces and the parking garage is underground.

Pricing starts from upper-$300's for a one bedroom to upper-$800's for the three bedroom. Schedule for delivery is end of 2006 to early 2007.
