Forget all the buzz about housing bubble, buyers market is in! We don't have to look far to learn about market shifting, just drive around around your area and see how many "For Sale" signs you find there. I know there are plenty of For-Sale signs around where I live. Then, pay attention to how many days have those homes been on the market? The more you pay attention, the more you noticed that this time of the year when housing market typically is slowing down, you see that there are more homes coming on to the market in addition to homes already on the market. The new sellers who just joined the bandwagon are hoping to cash-out before it becomes really...slooooow.
These days buyers are treated like "king". Builders-developers are more aggressive in courting wannabe buyers than homeowner-sellers. It's not a secret that builders-developers are showering buyers with all kinds of bonus/ incentives. On the homeowner front, however, they are more cautious. Homeowners have this wait-and-see attitude - they'll wait until they are force to make some changes.
