Hot Spot in PG County

The $160M University Town Center project will be the next hot spot of entertainment center slated for PG County. At least that's what the developer had in mind. It sits on a 54-acre site on East West Highway and the project will be a mixed-use project. It is an exciting development for Hyattsville neighborhood.

In the development menu -- you will see a combination of restaurants, like Old Dominion Brewery, Tokyo Sushi, Salad Creations, 14 movie Consolidated movie theaters, eight-story condo, a student housing and Safeway. Project is expected to be completed in 2007.

University Town Center’s first residential condominiums consisting of 112 units is being built adjacent to its new student housing building on Independence Plaza, between the Metro 1 and Metro 3 office buildings.
