The Prime Back to Rentals

The_prime_1

Sometime ago we posted about the Prime, a condo conversion in Courthouse neighborhood in Arlington. Yesterday, on the way to the office with a client -- saw this announcement. It was Meridian not too long ago and condos for a few months and now back to rentals. The Prime is no longer part of their residential portfolio website. Oh well, looks like Monument Realty sold this property to EquityApartments.
