Washington DC, is THE place, where it has the most number of condos on the market in one concentrated area. I am not kidding. When I did look at the stats, it shows that there is a condo on the market for a low $28,000. If this is true -- it's an unbelievable price! After reading the full listing, it turns out to be that this is a sale for a parking space. Hello... parking space for sale for $28K! By the way, it is common that a parking space is deeded separately, so owner can sell the space if is not used. I've seen it also a common practice across the river, in Arlington and Alexandria.
