"I had the opportunity to visit the University of Virginia campus in Charlottesville and this condominium. These are the pictures I took from a 4br/4ba model home."

I posted about this student housing condominium a while back based on the information given by the listing agent at the time. And I have been reading a book about "Profit by Investing in Student Housing: Cash in on Campus Housing Shortage" in general that peaked my interests for this kind of real estate investment. One of the reasons why college-town condos is attractive: Growing projected enrollment in major State Universities in the nation! This is an "untapped investment opportunity," especially for individual investors. The biggies have their hands in these type of investments.
Eagles Landing is definitely not your dad's college housing! It has a 24-hour club house that has a business center and social room with plasma TV! Feels like living in a hotel. All the bedrooms are rented individually. Each unit is equipped with high-speed internet. I believe, starting this coming August, rents will include wireless access. Pretty cool, huh?
Thirty 4br/4ba condos still on the market for $259,990. Read investment summary, here.
