The $160M University Town Center project will be the next hot spot of entertainment center slated for PG County. At least that's what the developer had in mind. It sits on a 54-acre site on East West Highway and the project will be a mixed-use project. It is an exciting development for Hyattsville neighborhood.
In the development menu -- you will see a combination of restaurants, like Old Dominion Brewery, Tokyo Sushi, Salad Creations, 14 movie Consolidated movie theaters, eight-story condo, a student housing and Safeway. Project is expected to be completed in 2007.
